What You'll Do We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, transaction processing in Zoho Books, and supporting the finance team in managing AR/AP, payroll compliance, and statutory obligations. What you’ll work on: · Manage daily accounting and transaction processing using Zoho Books · Support Accounts Receivable and Payable operations, including reconciliations · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and assist in payroll-related tasks · Contribute to statutory filings and assist during audits · Help generate monthly financial reports and MIS to support strategic decision-making What We’re Looking For: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com or equivalent) · 6–8 years of experience in accounting/finance roles · Familiarity with Zoho Books or a strong willingness to learn · Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance · A self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous growth Show more Show less
