Client Relationship Management

— Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables.— Cultivate deep client relationships, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth.— Uphold high standards of service delivery, managing client expectations and project timelines effectively.— Oversee contractual agreements, invoicing, and other commercial aspects of client engagements.

Business Development

Requirements

Qualifications:— Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.— 4-8 years of progressive experience in consultancy, design agency, or corporate communications firm, with a focus on client management.
