Role Overview:

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams while delivering high-quality digital solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
• Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations
• Develop digital strategies aligned with client business goals
• Manage end-to-end project execution (timelines, scope & budgets)
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure quality delivery
• Monitor campaign performance and present insights & reports
• Handle client feedback, issue resolution, and escalations
• Support business growth through upselling and new opportunities
• Manage account billings, spends tracking, and collections

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 4+ years of experience

  , preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Proven experience in client servicing / account management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing & production processes
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of digital channels: Web, Social, SEO, PPC, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics
