*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Specialist to join our dynamic HR team, focused on acquiring top talent and driving recruitment excellence. You'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and values.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create job descriptions

- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks

- Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments

- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

- Negotiate job offers and salaries with selected candidates

- Build relationships with universities, industry partners, and recruitment agencies

- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement process improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws

*Requirements and Skills:*

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent

- Strong sourcing and networking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates

- Proficient in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Master's degree in HR or related field

- SHRM or HRCI certification

- Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
