Talent Acquisition Executive

Telugu and Tamil

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for bulk/non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring apps.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams for requirement updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate or MBA in HR or related field.
  • Experience:

    0 - 3 years (Freshers with interest in HR are welcome).
  • Experience in

    bulk or volume hiring

    preferred.
  • Languages:

    Must be fluent in

    Telugu and Tamil

    (read, write, and speak).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
