Job Description

What You ll Do:

Source and attract candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, LinkedIn).

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling interviews.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.

Coordinate and communicate with hiring teams throughout the hiring process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the employer brand.

Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

What You Know:

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a technical or IT recruiter.

Familiarity with IT roles and terminology.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ATS

Education:

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience recruiting for specialized tech roles.
