We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, talent engagement, and driving hiring success across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function
