We are looking for professional Talent aquisition executive My Responsibilities: 1. Source potential candidates and shortlist profiles for open positions. 2. Ensure completeness and accuracy of candidate profiles within the specified timeframe. 3. Conduct background verification of selected candidates. 4. Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including joining formalities and brief induction. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets for recruitment tracking. 6. Organize and maintain physical and digital files for candidate documents and recruitment records. 7. Utilize various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Job Hai) to source candidates.
