Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities in coordination with HR operations.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for BFSI, Fintech, or NBFC sectors (if applicable).
Exposure to bulk and niche hiring.
