Role & responsibilities

ob Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for the organization. This role involves understanding manpower needs, sourcing talent through various platforms, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree/ MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in [industry, e.g., healthcare, IT, or corporate]).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
