Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Consultation:

    Conduct in-depth consultations to assess medical history and Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti), and provide accurate diagnoses based on Ayurvedic principles.

2. Treatment Planning:

    Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including herbal formulations, dietary guidelines, lifestyle modifications, and Panchakarma therapies (if applicable).

3. Patient Enrolment & Retention:

    Ensure smooth onboarding of new patients, conversion to treatment plans, and ongoing retention through effective care and engagement.

4. Revenue Contribution:

    Play an active role in achieving clinic revenue targets through ethical, results-driven treatments.

5. Treatment Monitoring:

    Regularly track and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

6. Patient Education:

    Counsel patients on preventive care, holistic living, and Ayurvedic wellness principles to encourage long-term health.

7. Record Keeping:

    Maintain precise patient documentation, treatment histories, and follow-up notes.

8. Collaboration with Experts:

    Discuss challenging or non-recovery cases with senior medical experts to refine treatment strategies.

9. Patient Relationship Management:

    Address queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualification:

   BAMS degree with valid BAMS License (Mandatory)

• Experience:

   Proven expertise in Ayurvedic consultation and treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, formulations, and therapies
• Excellent patient interaction skills with an empathetic approach
• Ability to meet both clinical and operational goals effectively
