Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across diverse roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, vendor networks, etc.).
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fitment and career aspirations.
• Negotiate salary, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement (“keep warm”) throughout the hiring process.
• Meet shortlisted candidates in person at least once per quarter to strengthen relationships.
• Work closely with clients to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and regular reports for clients and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
