Job Description Required Skills: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, business needs, and team dynamics to develop effective recruitment strategies. Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a quick response to hiring needs. Conduct background checks before formalizing offers. Manage the candidate offer process, including negotiations. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources. Assist in onboarding and the transition of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to employment. Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and recommend new strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and job boards for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
