Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented teaching and non-teaching staff for Globsyn Group. You will work closely with the HR team and academic department heads to ensure that the best candidates are selected for various roles, aligned with the institution’s values and educational standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating a high-performing, collaborative work culture while supporting the school’s mission of academic excellence.

Responsibilities & duties:

  • End-to-End Recruitment

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both teaching and non-teaching staff, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.

2. Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate and detailed job descriptions for academic, administrative, and support staff positions.

3. Use multiple channels (job portals, campus recruitment, social media, headhunting) to actively source qualified candidates.

4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders (academic and administrative heads, HR). Prepare interview kits and evaluations.

5. Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process as required.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

1. Partner with department chairs, academic directors, and HR leadership to ensure that recruitment strategies align with the needs of the institution.

2. Stay updated with the latest hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment for educational institutions.

  • On boarding

1. Facilitate the smooth on boarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and helping new employees acclimate to the institution.

  • Compliance and Record-Keeping

1. Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to AICTE guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

2. Creating reports on recruitment, create database and tracker of the CVs received.

3. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate details, interview notes, and hiring statistics.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Educational qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (MBA in HR) would be an added advantage.

  • Required technical and soft skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

2. Understanding of AICTE regulations and the recruitment process for educational institutions would be an added advantage.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different teams.

4. High level of integrity and professionalism.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

6. Good understanding of talent management and employee retention strategies.

7. Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mind-set.

Work experience (Total experience & relevant experience):

2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in educational institutions or similar settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
