Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and assess candidates for open positions within the organization. You will utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. Additionally, evaluating candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments will be crucial in determining the best candidates for each position. Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed, will be an essential part of your job. You will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each position. In addition to the candidate management aspect, you will be responsible for writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates for open positions. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings will also be part of your role. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system will be necessary to ensure effective data management. Compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process is of utmost importance. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred, although experience in HR or customer service roles may be considered. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for this position. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn will be beneficial in excelling in this role.,
