Job Purpose and Impact

  • The

    Talent Acquisition Consultant – Corporate Functions

    , is a strategic partner and expert in technical talent acquisition, leverages a consultative and strategic approach to perform complex full cycle recruiting to source, assess and recruit top-tier technical talent in a cost effective manner and add value to the organization. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and executes on innovative recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities

  • EXECUTION: Develops, executes and improves recruiting strategies for a Finance, Procurement and other roles by researching and applying understanding of the industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
  • RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides complex full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy sessions, hiring events and recruiting drives - candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers. Demonstrates extensive experience in attracting and hiring talent with great speed, rigor and manage significant hiring volume.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Builds trusted partnerships with hiring managers by focusing on relationship driven collaboration to develop and execute sourcing strategies and candidate assessments. Applies deep recruiting expertise to attract a broad and qualified candidate pool, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance hiring quality and deliver measurable impact.
  • BRANDING INITIATIVES: Supports the development and implementation of branding initiatives in a specific segment that position the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Creates and executes the recruiting networking and pipelining strategies for a specific talent segment, and develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process, including hiring managers, human resources professionals, industry contacts and candidates.
  • LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures technical recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting. Typically reflects 4 or more years of experience in talent acquisition, including demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for complex and niche technical roles.
