PAYROLL – Third party partner of Cargill JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist our internal traders during pre-fixture - fetch Port information, restrictions, and port disbursement amount from agents.Handling vessel certificates - keep vessel certificates up-to- date and procure latest certificates from Master basis validity.Prepare and issue Letter of indemnity as required.Maintain records for Carbon emission - request ship owners to provide the consumption data in order to access overall emission profile.Collecting bio fouling data from vesselsAny other work as assigned by the Desk LeadKeeping the dashboards updated QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM QUALIFICATION0-3 Years of experience- Candidate with a supply chain/operations/ port and logistics background, open to candidates with experience as well as freshersDiploma/ GraduationTechnical Skills: Excel/Word/Power Point/Power Bi/Tableau/SQL/Macros would be an added advantage PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONShipping back groundMBA – Shipping and Logistics
