Job Description

Job Title:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive networking and online research.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Keep records of all recruitment activities and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including late evenings as required.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals or ATS tools is a plus.
