Job Description

Job Title:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive networking and online research.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep records of all recruitment activities and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including late evenings as required.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals or ATS tools is a plus.
