Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  
• Handle high-volume hiring for roles such as operations, customer service, sales, and support functions.
  
• Conduct telephonic pre-screens and schedule interviews.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Participate in drives, walk-ins, and mass-hiring events when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

• 24 years of hands-on recruitment experience

  in BPO or consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
  
• Comfortable with extended coordination hours during peak hiring cycles (if applicable).
  
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
