Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights to business leaders.
• Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support process improvements and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• .3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting (agency or in-house)
• .Proven success in hiring for diverse functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, etc.)
• .Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• .Familiarity with ATS tools and HR analytics will be an added advantage
