We are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Lead to manage content production for the Academic Division. This role involves overseeing multimedia projects, leading teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality content delivery. Responsibilities: Content Coordination: Manage the end-to-end content workflow, ensuring timely approvals and quality across all materials. Content Quality: Ensure academic clarity and adherence to content standards for all produced materials. Promotional Videos: Lead the ideation, scripting, and production of promotional and result-driven videos. Task Tracking: Maintain and update task trackers for effective monitoring and progress tracking. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Experience: 4–6 years of experience in academic content operations or similar roles.
