About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across diverse domains and will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking .
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and niche skills.
  • Manage candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment .
  • Proven experience hiring across IT/Non-IT domains (depending on company requirement).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
