Job Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for functional (non-IT) roles from requirement gathering to offer roll-out.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and selection processes.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding during the hiring process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).

Strong experience sourcing and hiring for functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Good knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
