Dealer Management System (DMS) Administration
- Manage, configure, and maintain the dealership’s DMS (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, AutoSoft, Dealertrack).
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain system settings for sales, service, parts, and accounting operations.
- Troubleshoot DMS-related issues for all departments.
- Coordinate DMS upgrades, patches, and new feature roll-outs.
- Interface with DMS vendor support when issues escalate.
2. CRM & Lead Management System Support
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, Salesforce Automotive).
- Ensure proper lead routing rules and workflows for sales teams.
- Maintain data accuracy for customer records and communication logs.
- Troubleshoot CRM integration with DMS, OEM systems, websites, and marketing tools.
3. Network & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee dealership network (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, printers, VoIP phones, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure secure access to internal systems for multiple departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance).
- Monitor system performance and uptime.
- Manage system backups, storage, and server health (on-prem or cloud).
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols (password policies, MFA, role-based access).
- Protect sensitive customer and financial data (GLBA compliance in the U.S. and similar regulations elsewhere).
- Maintain antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat-detection systems.
- Conduct periodic audits of user access and data security.
- Ensure compliance with OEM (manufacturer) digital guidelines.
5. Software & Hardware Support
- Provide first-level support for desktops, tablets, laptops, POS terminals, alignment/diagnostic machines, and printers.
- Install and update dealership software used by sales, service, and parts teams.
- Maintain digital signage, showroom kiosks, service lane devices, and tablets.
6. OEM (Manufacturer) System Integration
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between the dealership and OEM systems for:
- vehicle ordering
- warranty submissions
- parts ordering
- customer satisfaction reporting (CSI)
- telematics and connected-car data
- Ensure all OEM-mandated digital tools and platforms are up-to-date and compliant.
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of dealership data across all systems.
- Schedule and deliver reports for management (sales, service, parts, finance KPIs).
- Assist managers with custom report creation or dashboard configuration.
- Monitor data flow between DMS, CRM, marketing tools, websites, and third-party vendors.
8. Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with DMS, CRM, website, and IT vendors.
- Manage subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and service-level agreements.
- Evaluate new software solutions and assist in technology procurement decisions.
9. Employee Training & Support
- Train staff on DMS, CRM, OEM tools, cybersecurity best practices, and dealership software.
- Provide ongoing support for system usage.
- Create training materials, quick guides, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
10. Process Optimization & Technology Improvement
- Analyze dealership workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation or system improvements.
- Implement new digital tools to enhance sales, service, parts, and customer experience.
- Support digital retailing platforms, appointment schedulers, and online payment systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
