· Monitor and identify relevant railway tenders (RDSO, IRCON, RVNL, CORE, DFCCIL, zonal railways, etc.) on platforms like CPPP, IREPS, GEM, and other e-procurement portals · Analyse tender documents (NIT, RFP, BOQ, GCC, SCC, specifications) and extract technical, financial, and legal requirements · Coordinate with engineering, commercial, legal, and finance departments to gather required inputs · Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents, ensuring 100% compliance with client requirements · Handle vendor registrations, client empanelment’s, and renewal processes on railway portals · Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare clarification requests, and ensure incorporation of corrigenda/addendums · Track submission deadlines and ensure timely upload and dispatch (digital or hardcopy as required) · Maintain a central repository of all railway tenders, submissions, results, and feedback for future reference · Support post-tender activities such as negotiations, documentation, and contract handovers.
