About the team:

Payment Strategy and operations remit includes Procure-to-Pay Operations, Partner Payments (Co-brand, Client Incentives, TLS, etc.), First-Line Payment Risk Governance and the Corporate Card, and Travel & Expense Program. Our Procurement & Supplier Payment Operations team is responsible for Disbursements, Colleague Travel and Expense processing, and Partner Payments. Our Analytics and Reporting team provides data-driven insights for GSM processes.

Role Description:

  • The colleague would be required to consistently understand and exceed Customers Requirements whilst always ensuring effective Teamwork
  • The colleague should be able to maintain High Accuracy and Productivity Standards in compliance to policies and procedures
  • Understand business requirements of BI context and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights
  • Use Power BI to create dashboards and interactive visual reports
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that have clear goals and consistently monitor them
  • Analyze data and present it
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making
  • Establish relationships between data and develop tabular and multi multidimensional data models
  • Charts and data documents to explain algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships
  • Design, Development, Testing, providing Power BI scripts, performing detailed analysis
  • Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
  • Analyzing the current ETL process, defining and designing new systems
  • Redefining changes to improve existing business intelligence systems and designing technically / strategically
  • Creating customized diagrams and user-defined calculations as needed
  • Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions with SQL/Python queries/scripts for best results, filters, and graphs to better understand your data at all levels for performance improvements and suggestions
  • Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
  • Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Power Platform domain, Python, Data Analysis
  • Good communicator with problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Relationship management, Attention to details and accuracy. Must Have Analytical Skills

  • Excellent relationship and influence management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and levels of seniority.
