JD:
The role involves leading production and supply planning activities, including MRP execution, inventory management, and packaging/dispatch scheduling. It requires coordination with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Regulatory to ensure timely order fulfillment, product launches, and artwork changes. The candidate will manage SAP-based processes for MRP, master data, and reporting, while working to optimize order-to-delivery timelines and inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Strong focus is placed on process improvement, KPI tracking, and generating analytical reports to support business decisions. Key competencies include analytical thinking, communication, SAP expertise, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI are also valued.
