Supply Chain Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities : Supply Chain & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for components, sub-assemblies, and packaging materials. Ensure timely sourcing and procurement of materials, with cost efficiency and quality assurance. Manage purchase orders, inventory planning, and logistics tracking. Negotiate pricing, lead times, MoQs, and payment terms with suppliers. Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination: Follow up with domestic and international suppliers for on-time delivery and inventory tracking. Coordinate with the factory to ensure readiness for order fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch. Collaborate with internal teams on design specs and BoMs for smooth production planning. Draft supplier agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and specification documents with attention to legal and commercial clarity. Sales & Distribution Support: Work closely with the sales team and logistics partners to streamline distribution planning. Monitor demand Vs Fulfillments, especially during product ramp-up or promotional periods. Operational Support: Support team in day-to-day operational execution of running office and business enterprise. Ex equipment’s, Office management needs, commercial aspects, material needs etc. Assist in process documentation, compliance tracking, and implementation of operational SOPs. Contribute to ERP/CRM, quality system, and warehouse/inventory management implementation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering. (Mechanical/E&C/E&E) 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations—preferably in medical devices, IoT, or electronics. Hands-on experience with vendor management, negotiation, and operational coordination. Understanding of manufacturing processes, E&E component specs, EMS mfg and BoMs. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in ERP or supply chain software is a plus.
