Job Description – Supply Chain Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

Location:Rama Road, Kirti Nagar Delhi

Department: Supply Chain & Operations

Reports To: Immediate Head or any person assigned by Management.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end operations for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, high service levels, cost optimization, and speed-to-market for customers buying through online marketplaces and instant delivery platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of marketplace fulfillment models (FBA, Flipkart Smart, Zepto & Blinkit hubs), inventory placement strategies, and last-mile

coordination for fast-moving premium appliances.

Key Responsibilities (Job Role)

1. Marketplace Supply Chain Management

● Manage Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment, Zepto & Blinkit warehouse replenishments.

● Ensure stock placement at correct fulfillment centers based on demand forecasts.

● Minimize out-of-stock (OOS) and maximize Buy Box availability.

2. Demand Forecasting & Planning

● Build forecasts aligned to sales trends, promotions, and seasonal spikes.

● Work closely with platform category managers for demand visibility.

● Adjust inventory flow dynamically for flash sales and festival seasons.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Operations

● Maintain central warehouse stock for redistribution to marketplace hubs.

● Implement strict inventory control (aging, reconciliation, shrinkage prevention).

● Optimize safety stock & reorder triggers to balance availability and working capital.

4. Logistics & Replenishment

● Coordinate with 3PL partners for inbound and outbound logistics.

● Ensure fast replenishment to quick commerce hubs (Zepto, Blinkit) within 24-48 hrs.

● Optimize transportation costs vs service levels across regions.

5. E-commerce Operations Alignment

● Partner with E-commerce Ops team for PO management, ASN, labeling, and dispatch compliance.

● Monitor returns, damages, and claims for root cause analysis and reduction.

● Track platform KPIs (fill rate, SLA adherence, cancellation rate).

6. Process & Technology

● Implement WMS/ERP integrations with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto & Blinkit systems.

● Drive automation for inventory visibility, order tracking, and reporting.

● Standardize SOPs for order processing, hub transfers, and reverse logistics.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Platform Availability – % OOS (out-of-stock) reduction and Buy Box availability on

Amazon/Flipkart.

2. Fill Rate & SLA Compliance – On-time in-full (OTIF) % for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto &

Blinkit POs.

]3. Replenishment Speed – Average lead time to replenish e-com FCs and Q-com hubs.

4. Inventory Efficiency – Days of Inventory (DOI), % inventory aging >30 days, and stock

accuracy.

5. Cost Optimization – Reduction in per-unit logistics and warehousing costs.

6. Returns & Claims – % reduction in returns, damages, and penalty charges.

7. Promo/Peak Readiness – On-time execution of seasonal/festival sale readiness.

8. Cross-team Collaboration – Smooth alignment with Sales, Marketing & E-comm Ops for launches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
