Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain professional, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of inventory and logistics operations efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Manufacturing warehouse Operations from Dock to Stock - Managing Replenishment operations from stock to Point of Use - Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures - Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages - Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle end-to-end inventory management with the help of inventory executives - Sourcing and procurement, both import and domestic - Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels - Recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Providing suggestions on ERP tools to monitor demand and document day-to-day activities - Providing inputs to replenish stock, avoiding insufficiency or excessive surplus - Analyzing data to anticipate future needs and discussing with all stakeholders to obtain necessary data - Evaluating suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships - Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets - Complying with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements - Demonstrating the ability to lead and manage staff along with Cluster inventories - Reporting to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc. - Making decisions considering the company's growth in all aspects - Conducting regular physical stock verification activities to match the system-generated reports - Having a good understanding of Logistics/import activities would be a value addition - Possessing a thorough knowledge of inventory processes and the ability to control any gaps Education & Functional Competencies: - Bachelor's Degree required - At least 8+ years of Supply Chain Management experience Skills/Experience: - Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong communication and influencing skills, problem analysis, and critical thinking skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment - Strong Supply Chain problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work autonomously in Supply Chain projects with minimal management direction - Experience in developing and implementing Supply Chain process improvement initiatives - Strong customer orientation, a positive and proactive approach, attentive to every need of customers - Managing and prioritizing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment IT Competencies: - Well-versed in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word - Hands-on experience in Excel analysis and reporting - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs - Experience with ERP systems is a must This role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires a Master's Degree with YTD compensation.,
