We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Bhatia International Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the Medical Devices & Equipment industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and optimize supply chain operations for efficient and cost-effective product delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform supply chain decisions.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management within the Medical Devices & Equipment industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Experience with supply chain management software and tools.
