Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
• Develop demand forecasts and work closely with production and sales teams to align supply and demand.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, storage guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and cold chain requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management.
• Experience with google sheet or excel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP, or similar food safety and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing cold chain logistics.
• Working knowledge of sustainability practices in food supply chains.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Ability to implement and lead an inventory system for the business across multiple outlets(Kolkata).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
