Industry: Food & Beverage Experience Required: 3–5 years Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: 22-30k Working Days: 6 days a week(8+1 hours) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and demand planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of raw materials. Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies to reduce waste and ensure freshness. Develop demand forecasts and work closely with production and sales teams to align supply and demand. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, storage guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and cold chain requirements. Requirements: 3–5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management. Experience with google sheet or excel. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP, or similar food safety and quality standards. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing cold chain logistics. Working knowledge of sustainability practices in food supply chains. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Ability to implement and lead an inventory system for the business across multiple outlets(Kolkata).
