As an agile manufacturer focused on green practices and precision, we’re looking for a logistics professional who can orchestrate the movement of materials and finished goods like a maestro of supply chains.  Role Overview You’ll be responsible for handling end-to-end logistics—from raw material procurement to finished product dispatch—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and sustainable delivery operations across our manufacturing and client network. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing warehousing, and supporting our growth trajectory.  Key Responsibilities - Coordinate dispatch schedules and delivery routes to optimize transport costs and timelines   - Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods across warehouses   - Oversee vendor and transporter negotiations and ensure compliance with safety and delivery standards   - Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve any delays or disruptions   - Liaise with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain planning with demand forecasts   - Implement best practices for eco-efficient transportation and packaging methods   - Maintain accurate documentation (GRNs, dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, etc.)   - Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports    Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent   - 3–5 years experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or construction   - Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software   - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills   - Ability to multitask under pressure while staying detail-oriented   - Commitment to sustainability and efficiency in logistics practices
