Supply Chain Management

The role requires you to manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for the Manufacturing Category in Bangalore and Chennai. You will be responsible for handling the entire Source to Contract cycle and RFx activities. Collaboration with the strategic team to implement the manufacturing category strategy will be a key aspect of this role. Stakeholder management, both internal and supplier-related, falls under your purview. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and contracting for Machinery & Equipment, Consumables category, showcasing strong negotiation skills, and managing stakeholders effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships, work in a dynamic environment, and proficiently use Microsoft Suite applications is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and high motivation are qualities that will drive your success in this role. To qualify, you should have at least 4 years of experience in managing the Manufacturing Category, a Business Degree or equivalent, and Supply Chain qualifications such as CIPS or IIPMM. Proficiency in both written and oral Korean is mandatory, along with a good command of the English language.
