Job Summary:

inventory operations

Key Responsibilities:

Track and record all prototype inventory coming into CSPG Bangalore from San Jose (SJ) and other vendor sites
Raise tickets using Cisco internal tools to transfer inventory to Engineering Labs
Allocate and distribute inventory to Engineering teams
Coordinate inventory sharing/loaning between teams during shortages
Assist Logistics team with customs clearance and missing shipment documents
Liaise with vendors for return, replacement, or scrapping of defective units
Generate reports for audits and management as needed

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and other
MS Office
tools
Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple teams
