Manages Budgets: Oversees the budget for paid social media advertising to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). Content Creation and Curation A social media manager is often the creative engine behind a brand's social content. This includes: Creating Engaging Content: Generates, edits, and publishes a mix of original text, images, videos, and news articles on a daily basis. They must tailor content to suit each platform, from a witty tweet to a professional LinkedIn post. Copywriting: Crafts compelling headlines, captions, and ad copy that captures attention and fits the brand's unique voice and tone. Content Curation: Finds and shares relevant, high-quality content from other sources to keep the feed fresh and provide value to the audience.
Candidate must have full knowledge & Experiance to maintain all 19 Clauses of VDA &MACE( Maruti centre for excellence)To ensure consistent product quality in plastic in injection and blow moulding processes by implementing quality control systems, managing audits (including MACE), and using data analysis tools (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) for continuous improvement and reporting. Product Quality Assurance :-Strictly follow in-process and final product inspection regularly for injection and blow moulding components. Maintain quality standards as per ISO/TS & ISO 14001 customer specifications, and internal SOPs. Monitor and analyse defect trends & do Pareto analysis on regular basis. Audit Management (MACE & Internal Audits) Prepare and participate in MACE audits all support documentation and gap analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audit findings. Conduct internal quality system audits and follow-up actions. Process Control & Improvement Perform root cause analysis using tools like 5Why, Fishbone diagram, etc. Monitor process capability (Cp, Cpk) and suggest improvements. Support lean and Six Sigma activities for defect reduction and cycle time improvements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain inspection records, test reports, and audit reports. Prepare quality dashboards and monthly quality reports using Advanced Excel. Create training and reporting presentations in PowerPoint for internal/external use. Customer Complaint Handling & Resolution Handle customer complaints (NCRs) and coordinate for resolution. Lead 8D or CAPA reports for customer complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction with timely closure and feedback. Training & Development Conduct training for operators on quality awareness and inspection methods. Develop training materials using PowerPoint.
