Job Description

As an experienced professional in subscription businesses, your role will involve owning and delivering subscription revenue targets for Moneycontrol Pro and Super Pro. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent month-on-month and annual growth by developing and executing the end-to-end subscription strategy. This includes acquisition, pricing, packaging, upsell/cross-sell, and identifying new revenue lines to expand the subscription P&L. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing innovative revenue lines through new product features, content formats, partnerships, B2B deals, and monetization models. - Collaborating with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Technology teams to optimize marketing and product-led acquisition funnels. - Driving performance marketing and lifecycle marketing strategies. - Monitoring subscription metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve subscriber base and drive subscription P&L. - Leading retention strategy for Pro and Super Pro to enhance customer stickiness. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience in subscription businesses, digital revenue management, growth roles, or related domains. - Strong understanding of subscription metrics and analysis. - Proven experience in driving revenue growth through various strategies. - Hands-on experience with performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle management tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you should have experience working cross-functionally with various teams, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Exposure to pricing, packaging, A/B testing, and scaling subscription or digital businesses will be advantageous for this role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of subscription revenue for Moneycontrol Pro and Super Pro.,
