We are hiring a Student Experience & Operations Associate to keep our student, billing, and service systems running smoothly every day.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that students and teams are supported through accurate processes, timely communication, and reliable systems. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and consistency, and who takes satisfaction in keeping things organised and on track.

You will work within defined systems and routines to help students and internal teams stay coordinated, informed, and supported.

This position suits someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within structured workflows that directly impact the student experience.

What You’ll Do

You will help keep our student operations, billing, and service functions organised, accurate, and efficient.

Daily Operations

  • Update student records, attendance, and routine follow-ups according to defined schedules.
  • Coordinate between academic, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication.
  • Respond to student or parent queries with professionalism and accuracy.

Process Management

  • Maintain up-to-date learning materials and student data across systems.
  • Follow structured routines for service and quality checks to ensure students receive accurate information and support.
  • Track key metrics and reports that monitor performance across teams.

Billing and Payments

  • Process invoices and verify remittances in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with payment-related queries and maintain clear documentation of transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in billing systems.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across operations, academic services, and finance.
  • Support process improvements and help identify areas where efficiency or structure can be strengthened.
  • Ensure that internal systems, checklists, and documentation remain current and accessible.
  • This role suits someone who enjoys structure, reliability, and the satisfaction of keeping well-defined processes running effectively each day.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, service support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining consistency across processes.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or billing platforms.
  • Experience in education, tutoring, or EdTech environments.
  • Comfort working with structured processes, data tracking, and performance metrics.
