About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Manager to join our team at our Vaishali Nagar office in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives, driving growth, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, improve operations, and ensure the organization stays aligned with its long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior management to define short-term and long-term strategies.
• Lead projects that improve operational efficiency, revenue generation, or market expansion.
• Identify risks and opportunities across different business functions.
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for performance reviews.
• Drive innovation and support change management initiatives.
• Evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and suggest adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of proven experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
