Strategy Manager

As a member of the HiveMinds strategy team, your role will involve encouraging high-quality work across clients by bringing industry understanding, customer insights, and domain level innovations to deliver customer delight. You will also be responsible for creating strategy as a standalone billable service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct systematic internal reviews for designated clients on a quarterly basis - Provide overall suggestions and interventions to improve client presentation quality - Drive internal contests to foster inter-team competition for enhancing the quality of strategy inputs - Coordinate and participate in Quarterly business reviews and Annual planning for designated clients - Drive and oversee the progress of multiple key strategic projects across clients - Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials For New Strategy Clients: - Work like a start-up to reach out to prospective clients - Create client proposals to secure strategy projects - Develop advisory reports and conduct market research - Manage stakeholders by building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders - Define problems and strategic solutions through scoping, analysis, preparation, and presentation of strategy checks **Qualifications Required:** - MBA or equivalent from a reputed business school - Minimum of 3 years tenure in a recognized strategy consulting business - Go-getter attitude and comfort with ambiguity - Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving frameworks and project management skills - Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence individuals from diverse backgrounds - Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders Join the HiveMinds strategy team to play a vital role in delivering high-quality strategies and fostering client delight through your strategic insights and innovative solutions.,
