If you’ve spent 4+ years in a marketing agency , are naturally client-facing, and know how to handle high-pressure situations and tough escalations, this role is for you. You’ll be managing one of our most demanding (but exciting!) e-commerce retail clients. ✨ What You’ll Own: ✅ Lead and grow the client relationship with a leading retail brand and strong domain knowledge on platform of Amazon , Flipkart and Quick Commerce . ✅ Be the single point of contact for client escalations and strategic conversations ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery ✅ Bring insight, structure, and energy to every interaction 👤 You Bring: 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (agency experience preferred) A calm, problem-solving mindset and sharp communication skills Experience managing high-value clients and delivering under pressure MBA from a premier B-school is a strong advantage 💡 At our company we value ownership, agility, and impact — and we’re building a culture where every voice matters.
