Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize display ad campaigns across platforms like Google Display Network (GDN), DV360, Facebook Audience Network, and third-party networks. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives , including banners, GIFs, and HTML5 ads. Segment and target audiences effectively using demographic, interest-based, and behavioral data. Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage site visitors and leads. Monitor and adjust bidding strategies and budgets to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Analyze campaign data regularly and prepare actionable insights and performance reports. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies. Ensure all campaigns comply with industry best practices and platform guidelines. Stay updated with the latest trends in programmatic and display advertising.  Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing display advertising campaigns. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and similar DSPs. Strong understanding of audience segmentation , remarketing , and programmatic buying . Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and campaign tracking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
