Strategy Manager

As a strategic business partner, you will work directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to support business strategy. You will drive the execution of special projects across various business units such as product, operations, finance, and marketing. Your role will involve developing business cases, strategic plans, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring key business metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, and acting as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. You will also prepare briefs, reports, and documentation to support meetings, investor discussions, and board materials. - Partner directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects and strategic decisions - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments - Drive execution of special projects across business units - Develop business cases, strategic plans, and presentations - Monitor key business metrics and provide insights - Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements - Act as a liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders - Prepare briefs, reports, and documentation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus - 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startup - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Strong business acumen with the ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - High ownership, resourcefulness, and bias toward action - Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is highly desirable Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
