Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the CEO to

  shape, structure, and operationalize strategy

  across Navneet TopTech and CBSE products and platforms
• Drive annual visioning, quarterly strategic planning, and monthly MIS
• Track execution of key strategic initiatives and ensure timely decision-making and create report loops for CEO and Board.
• Prepare high-quality briefs and insights for CEO and leadership teams for reviews

2. Partnership Discovery & Engagement

• Identify and evaluate

  strategic partnerships

  across:
• Schools & school networks
• Technology providers (AI, edTech, assessments, content platforms, etc)
• Distribution, government, and institutional partners
• Support CEO in partnership discussions, deal structuring, and follow-through
• Coordinate internal teams for pilot programs, integrations, and rollouts
• Ensure partnerships align with long-term product and business strategy

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

• Act as a

  neutral integrator

  across Product, Academics, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and implementation
• Drive clarity on ownership, priorities, timeline, and trade-offs across functions
• Ensure leadership decisions are clearly communicated and executed
• Surface risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early for resolution
• Move strategic ideas into execution via HODs

4. Special Projects & CEO Office Initiatives

• Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional projects such as:
• New growth opportunities
• Market entry initiatives
• Org design or process improvements
• Strategic pilots with key customers or partners
• Act as the CEOs delegate on selected external forums

5. Growth & CEO Bandwidth Enablement

• Take ownership of

  critical thinking, coordination, and follow-ups

  , allowing the CEO to focus on growth, relationships, and long-term vision
• Ensure fewer, better decisions reach the CEO, with clear options and implications
• Enable faster execution without adding bureaucracy

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA from a

  reputed institute

  (preferred)
• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, education, or related field
• Exposure to

  EdTech, Education, SaaS, or Digital Platforms

  strongly preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in

  consulting, strategy, operations, or high-growth EdTech/SaaS organizations

• Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
• Deep interest in

  education, technology, and impact at scale
