Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Yearly capacity planning of Plant on the basis of projection input from marketing and Split into Qtrly for effective implementation. Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications. Plan work flow and schedules as per product for production departments. Monitor production status daily, weekly, monthly and ensure timely delivery. Oversee production planning and control activities within the organization. Prepare production plan & schedules, budget and timelines according to production Specifications. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Inform BDM & PPC HO team on any delays and help. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through on time delivery. Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements. Assist in new product development and enhancements for better understanding of product. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Identify & inform management for additional machine, materials and manpower required to complete production. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. Communication with PPC HO & marketing team to avoid descripiences, produce product RFT & Timely input. Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention activities. Major Duties Interact with Mktg. about the timely input for smooth planning & Production. Timely availability of raw material for production with the help of purchase to meet customer shipment date. Set Tracking mechanism from raw material to FG material readiness of all orders. Minor Duties Support factory CFT to execute order properly Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in Production Planning. Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of Excel Production Planning & Review. Raw material planning/ Inventory control/ capacity planning.
