As a highly motivated and analytical individual, you will be joining our Founders Office as a part of the Strategy and Advisory team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO on critical strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at driving the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include partnering directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects and strategic decisions. You will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to inform key business strategies. Additionally, you will drive the execution of special projects across various business units and assist in the development of business cases, strategic plans, and presentations. Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending improvements will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with serving as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup is required. You should possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with prior experience in working directly with senior leadership or founders being highly desirable. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in strategy development, leadership, management, strategic planning, operational efficiency, competitive analysis, and presentation skills. Your proficiency in economics, problem-solving, data analysis, and project management will be essential in driving the success of this role. You should also demonstrate a strong ability to work on data-driven assessments, business case development, and managing various projects efficiently with a focus on market research and analytical skills.,
