Role Overview

As a Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the founders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a cross-functional role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to shape the future of fintech in India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the founders and leadership team to define and execute key strategic and growth initiatives.
  • Translate high-level company goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and own high-impact, cross-functional projects that may not have a clearly defined owner.
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across product, operations, growth, and finance teams.
  • Identify roadblocks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely execution of critical projects.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for board meetings and key stakeholder reviews.
  • Analyze key operational and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support investor communications by addressing queries and sharing regular business updates and insights.


Must-Have Qualifications:


  • MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) and graduation from top technology institutes (IITs / NITs)
  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role at a high-growth startup or tech company


Skills & Mindset:


  • Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex challenges
  • Bias for action with high accountability and a hands-on approach
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial/business analysis
  • Ability to understand macro trends and align them with company goals
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment with changing priorities
