Strategy Manager

Role Overview: As a Strategy Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Group COO on strategic projects and business priorities. This role will provide you with high exposure to various business verticals and the chance to collaborate across multiple functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Group COO on strategic projects and business priorities. - Prepare and support executive-level presentations, reviews, dashboards, and business reports. - Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Tech, Finance, HR, etc.) on cross-functional initiatives. - Track and drive progress of key deliverables across departments. - Ideate and support business strategies, new products, and operational improvements. - Conduct business analysis, financial analysis, research, and assist in decision-making. - Represent the COO's office in internal and external interactions. Qualification Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience in business and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficient in MS Office. - Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
