Responsibilities Developing growth strategies for DataVolt’s data center portfolio, including site selection, market entry, and industry partnerships. Work closely with the Head of Strategy to prepare high quality strategic recommendations to the senior management and Board Work closely with project developers, country leads and sales teams sharing strategic insights, market intelligence and commercial strategies. Assert the role of the strategy team across the broader organization – driving organizational alignment and accountability against overall strategic objectives Supporting regulatory goals and policy developments, ensuring alignment with national AI and digital economy goals. Assessing early-stage merger & acquisition (M&A) opportunities, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen our competitive positioning. Driving internal initiatives to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in our data centers. Experience & Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA / CFA or advanced degree preferred 1-2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, investment analysis, or corporate development—preferably covering the TMT sector Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into clear messaging with actionable recommendations Sharp commercial acumen, able to creatively identify new areas for DataVolt to maximize shareholder return and efficiently allocate capital Analytical and financial modeling skills to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
